Can I Place Bulk or Corporate Orders for Offices or Commercial Spaces?
Yes, you can place bulk or corporate orders with Emberdecoration. We make sure that your orders are shipped within time, and reach you in the correct condition. All your orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

Do You Deliver Only in Hong Kong or Internationally?
At present, all our deliveries are limited within the region of Hong Kong, as we don’t accept any international order at all. We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kawloon, and the New Territories.
How Long Does Delivery Usually Take?
Generally, all deliveries take 12 business days. However, the time needed for delivery might vary based on product availability, delivery location, or even any kind of unforeseen event that might suddenly occur.
Are There Any Additional Charges or Hidden Costs?
No, we don’t charge any additional fees for any delivery. There are no hidden costs at all, as we ensure complete transparency with all our customers, as we focus on building appropriate relationships with all.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Do You Allow Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds?
Cancellations are only possible if your product is not already shipped to your location. Returns and Refunds are only accepted in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will inspect the items first, and then approve any such request.
What Should I Do If Any Item Arrives Damaged?
In case you’ve received a damaged item, please contact our team within 15 days of delivery. Your request must contain clear images of the damages and original packaging. This will ensure prompt assistance from our end.
How Many Days are Needed for a Refund?
Once checked and approved, your refunds are processed within the next 7-10 working days. However, the time needed to reflect the same in your bank account may vary depending on your bank.

What are the Payment Methods that You Accept?
We only accept Cash on Delivery mode of payment at the current time. Any other form of payment is not available. COD allows us to build higher levels of trust with our customers.
