Product Information

Emberdecoration strives to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of some items. We encourage users to review product details cautiously before making a purchase. Product availability is subject to stock levels, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify items without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted directly through the Emberdecoration website. At present, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to pay in cash upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or if payment cannot be collected at the time of delivery.

Delivery and Risk

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Risk passes to the customer once the item is delivered. Emberdecoration makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information to avoid failed deliveries. We ship all orders placed with us within 24-48 hours, and deliver them within 3 to 5 business days under normal circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Emberdecoration accepts returns within 30 days of order placement , subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Details about the return process, including contacts and instructions, are available in the separate policy document.

Returned products will be checked for damages, and on approval, refunds will be initiated. Such refunds might take 7-10 business days to be processed, and will be done using Bank Transfers. Check our Return and Refund Policy to know more.

All content on the Emberdecoration website, including text, images, graphics, and designs, is protected by copyright and belongs to Emberdecoration or its partners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
